Creepy Alien Lady With Symbols

I spent countless hours on this painting, trying to make it look realistic and all (you digital wizards make it look so easy!)

Finally, I said "screw it" and put my edgy touch to the piece, along with some abstract symbolism (I'll see if you can figure out what they mean).
